Have you ever wondered what who would see a balloon if you let it go? What would those people be doing before they looked up to see a balloon just floating along? Would they just turn away from the sky and continue what they were doing, or maybe, just maybe... they might be touched in a way?

And what if you wrote a note and tied it onto the balloon string... Do you think you would get a reply back? Do you believe that someone out there 'misses you?'
